Our planning process includes multiple stages: · We reverse underwrite the borrower, for the purpose of establishing a basis for which we can begin to form a strategy to approach the lender. · We provide a forensic audit review of your loan documents to increase your leverage and pinpoint potential regulatory issues, lender liabilities and deficiencies. Once we have put together a plan, we contact and establish a line of communication with the lender and offer the lender a deed in lieu workout. · We work closely with our client’s Real Estate agent to effectively price the property in order to attract buyers and prepare the agent for the process of a short sale. Anyone can process a short sale and ASK for a release of the mortgage lien. It takes professional planning and implementation to guarantee a release from both the Mortgage and the Note. |
